Groupe ELAR places intellectual property at the level of the holding. Licensed patents, brands and know-how are gathered there, then made available to the companies that develop them.
Patents
A patent family in respiratory protection
Since 8 September 2026, ELAR Heritage LLC holds a licence on a patent family — a French priority application and a PCT international application — covering respiratory protection. This licence gives the Group the technical foundation of the NUCLEAID brand.
Brands
Brands owned by the holding
XALPES, White Label Factory, Bease, MEDICUSAID and NUCLEAID: the Group’s brands are owned by ELAR Heritage LLC and licensed to the companies that use them. The holding thus secures their continuity beyond the cycles of each activity.
Method
From the patented base to the product, then to the standard
XALPES designs from an idea and an existing patented base, takes the product to its marketable form, protects the result with new filings and, when the product requires it, contributes to the creation of a standard. NUCLEAID is the example.
Tools
Analysis tools developed in-house
Multilayer filtration simulator, fit and seal analysis, the XRS breathing-comfort scale: XALPES develops its own study and performance tools, which in turn become assets of the Group.
