A Delaware holding company headquartered in Austin, Texas, ELAR Heritage LLC owns the Group’s shareholdings, its brands and its intellectual-property rights.

Groupe ELAR is not a conglomerate of opportunities: it is a family holding that chooses its trades and stays with them. Engineering and research with XALPES, industry and trading with White Label Factory, financial and technology services with Bease, respiratory protection with the AID division.
The holding sets the strategy, decides on investments, owns the brands and the intellectual property. The companies keep their operational autonomy and their own identity. This division of roles is the condition of controlled growth.

A product designer and industrialist, Elias Louis Alexander Delsaux has led design and production projects across very different fields: medical devices and respiratory protection, from the NBC-1 reference mask to the NUCLEAID mask, but also food, cosmetics, nutrition, beverages, machinery and clothing.
He founded Groupe ELAR to consolidate these experiences under one holding company established in the United States, and to lead their development into a new era of activity: worldwide, technological and environmentally responsible. From Austin, he leads the Group’s strategy, its intellectual-property policy and the development of its companies.
Organisation
One holding, three lines of business, one division.
ELAR Heritage LLC directly owns its three lead companies and its AID brand division. The Bease line is itself organised as a group, with subsidiaries in the United States and the United Kingdom.
